Belgas Regulators

The BelGAS P1098 pressure regulator is an accurate and economical pressure control device for large volume gas use in pressures from inches of water column up to 200 PSIG. The P1098 incorporates a two-path pilot system and a large area actuator diaphragm allowing for fast and accurate response to changing flow conditions. The pilot acts as an amplifier to the main regulator valve for precision control. Bubble tight shutoff is also achieved with a sharp-edged orifice and soft seat material.

The P99 provides a broad range of controlled pressure ranges and capacities. The regu­lator’s high accuracy keeps constant inlet pressures to downstream equipment by accu­rately controlling distribution system pressures at widely varying flow rates and supply pressures. The device also eliminates the need for pressure-compensating meters by holding a steady pressure to the meter inlet.

The P133 is a direct operated pressure reducing regulator with external pressure registration used in commercial and industrial applications such as furnaces and burners where accuracy and sensitivity is critical. The regulator utilizes a balanced diaphragm design that provides for the sensitivity and accuracy. This minimizes the effects of supply pressure variation on output pressure. The P133 is available in low pressure or high pressure models and a broad range of outlet spring ranges. The P133 is also suitable in pressure monitoring applications.

PG 103 line pressure regulators are manufactured to supply the highest performance both as Line Pressure Regulators certified to ANSI Z21.80 CSA 6.22 and Gas Appliance Regulators certified to ANSI Z21.18 CSA 6.3 and feature precise regulating control. This model is available in fixed or adjustable outlet pressures where small adjustments can be made to the outlet pressure on installation with the appliance.

The P627 is a spring loaded, direct-operated regulator for both low and high pressure applications in the oil and gas industries. These regulators provide durability, from the powder-coated epoxy exterior finish, as well as installation versatility, from the multi-position body and spring case configurations. These regulators are also available in an external pressure registration model (P627M), and NACE construction.
